Stress, muscle tension and lack of energy can be treated with a massage and after a detailed consultation, your spa therapist will tailor the product selection to your specific needs and introduce you to the customisable Aveda aromas and massage techniques, such as Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Foot Reflexology, Acupressure, Chakra Techniques, Subtle Energy Work, Pregnancy Massages or Hot Stone - there are countless possibilities.

Classic Massage
Classic massage is a manual therapy that uses massage movements to affect the skin, sensitive nerve endings, muscles, tendons, blood circulation and lymphatic system. Skin, tissue and muscles are warmed, kneaded and loosened with defined massage movements. The massage has a relaxing and calming effect on the whole organism.
Possible uses of classic massage: tension, headaches/migraines, musculoskeletal disorders and stress. It also serves to increase well-being.

Stress-Fix™ Massage
The Stress-Fix™ body massage utilises the power of essential oils, Swedish massage, deep massage, foot reflexology and acupressure point stimulation to help you recover from the negative effects of stress.
This treatment uses the Stress-Fix™ aroma blend with lavender, lavandin and clary sage, which are clinically proven to relieve stress.
